Enrichment Matters Scholarship Fund

Seeds Community Center is committed to giving kinship children the opportunities they need to thrive.

Our fund provides scholarships to kinship youth to participate in extracurricular activities, such as athletics or the arts. Research proves that additional activities outside of school hours can improve a student’s grades, decrease behavioral problems, and positively impact their identity. In our opinion, enrichment matters.

Kinship caregivers can apply for funds to cover activities like:

Athletics (school-related sport/activity fee, club sport fees, equipment/uniform)
Arts (classes/lessons/camp fees, supplies)
Dance (classes/lessons/camp fees, supplies)
Music (instrument rental/purchase, materials)
