Bidding Farewell to Board Member Kyle Haynes

Seeds Community Center bids a bittersweet farewell to board member Kyle Haynes, who is moving to Washington, D.C. to attend Georgetown Law School.

Kyle joined the board of directors in August 2023, and although his time with us was brief, he made significant contributions.

Kyle previously was an operations manager at a Tucson immigration shelter for asylum seekers, and was moved to volunteer with Seeds Community Center because he wants to spend his life “advocating for the rights of marginalized and systemically disadvantaged communities.”

While we are sad to say goodbye to Kyle, we’re proud of his next chapter and his continued mission to serve vulnerable populations and strengthen communities.

Best of luck, Kyle!
